We are looking for a Scrum Master (m/f/d) for a permanent position.

Activities

• Takeover of digitization projects as Scrum Master
• Promotion & optimization of the overlapping communication and collaboration
• Promotion and consulting of the project members regarding efficient agile procedures & workflows
• Agile procedures according to SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
• Planning, moderation and follow-up of Scrum meetings
• Leadership and further development of cross-functional teams
• Preparation and execution of workshops for different topics

Requirements

• Degree in economics or comparable qualification
• At least 1 year experience as Scrum Master
• Realization of digitalization projects
• SCRUM, ITIL & PRINCE 2, SAFe certified (nice to have)
• IT – Knowhow in the area of software development (nice to have)
• Strong communication skills
• Good moderation skills as well as strong negotiation and conflict management skills
• High social competence and empathy
• Fluent German language skills
• Our projects are internationally staffed, therefore good English skills are a must
