We are currently looking for an Agile Coach (m/f/d) for a permanent position.

Activities

• Taking over digitalization projects as an Agile Coach
• Promoting & optimizing cross-functional communication and collaboration
• Promotion and consulting of different stakeholders regarding efficient agile procedures & workflows
• Agile procedures according to Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
• Planning, moderation and follow-up of meetings
• Leadership and further development of cross-functional teams
• Preparation and execution of workshops for different topics

Requirement

• Degree in economics or comparable qualification
• At least 1 year of experience as an agile coach
• Realization of digitization projects
• Certifications as Scrum Master, PRINCE 2, SAFe or RTE
• IT – Knowhow in the area of software development
• Strong communication skills
• Good moderation skills as well as strong negotiation and conflict management skills
• High social competence and empathy
• Jira and Confluence knowhow
• Fluent German language skills
• Our projects are internationally staffed, so good English skills are a must
