We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with focus on IT for our IT Expert Recruiting division (m/f/d) across all locations for the DACH region.

Activities

• Placement of internal and external IT experts on customer projects
• Customer care & central contact person
• Perception of customer appointments (as required)
• Development/extension of new customers
• Reporting directly to the management
• Possibility to build up own team

Requirement

• Degree in economics or comparable qualification
• IT know-how
• Several years of professional experience as a recruiter with a focus on recruiting, ideally in the IT environment
• Many years of experience in the search, matching and placement of external IT experts.
• Optional: Knowhow in agile project management
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in building and supporting teams (nice to have)
• Leadership experience (nice to have)
