We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager (m/f/d) across all locations.

Activities

Managing complex IT projects from planning to implementation
Defining project goals together with subject matter experts and customers (requirements engineering)
Well thought-out and structured organization according to agile, classic or hybrid process models
Technical leadership of employees (especially developers) and coordination among them
Preparation of regular reports on the progress of the project
Monitoring of the budget and schedule
Close cooperation with customers and stakeholders
Responsibility for all phases of the supported projects – from planning / conception to technical implementation and start-up
Independent planning and controlling of project resources, milestones, budgets and quality
Responsible for project controlling, including change and risk management
Continuous optimization of project management processes, methods and tools

Requirement

Degree in business administration or business informatics or a comparable qualification
Practical work experience as a project manager (m/f/d) in the environment of IT applications and infrastructures
Knowledge of classic and agile project management methods and successful application of these in IT projects
Certification in (agile) project management is an advantage
Strong communication and assertiveness skills, solution-oriented and hands-on mentality
Team player (m/f/d) with a confident manner and persuasiveness
Flexibility, willingness to perform, a proactive approach to work and good presentation skills
Empathy and assertiveness
Ability to see the big picture
