“The challenge of the project was the complex project organisation, which was staffed with numerous internal as well as external teams and which had to be virtually orchestrated in times of the CORONA pandemic. In use with SAP S/4HANA by means of CM Add-On, Vorwerk pursues a hybrid project management approach for this, which in concrete implementation provides for the agile path by means of Scrum. CONVIDIUS provided an experienced consultant who took on the position of Scrum Master. The focus was on optimising the respective development teams for the implementation of the Agile approach according to Scrum. This included carrying out agile activities such as dailies, planning, reviews and retrospectives. Together with the internal Agile team, the project organisation was optimised. New ideas for collaboration were created and implemented. In addition, the management was coached in the agile mindset in individual sessions.”
